Most items in the shop are UNISEX and fit well on men and women. The best way to determine your size is to measure a shirt in your closet and compare it to the sizing chart. Please double and triple check the measurements before ordering.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
Many times your order goes right in to production just after your order is placed, therefore we can’t allow changes to be made to your order after it is submitted.
All items are made to order and can take up to 7 business days to process before they are shipped (shipping time is additional). If you have a strict delivery date, please allow plenty of time! I cannot guarantee any specific dates for delivery. Allow up to 3 additional days for processing around holidays.
Customs fees and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
We can’t replace items delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout… double and triple check that the address you entered is correct!
Friendly note about shipping online orders…
Once your order is taken to the post office, we have no control over the journey your package takes. Most items take just a few days to arrive but sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control (like the weather), packages may be delayed.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages that have been lost or stolen. If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered, please contact your local courier as they will have the most helpful information on the whereabouts of your package.
Please contact me first if you need to make an exchange. I will gladly exchange your item within 30 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in brand new, sellable condition. I do not offer refunds, exchanges only please.
